Order was delayed for two continuous days without prior notification and i had to contact customer care myself for 2 days asking them when the package will get sent

we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience la. since your delivery address is Gelephu it will take time la. we keep 3-4 days timing for delivery as we need to find bus or taxi that we can trust them. if we send through bhutan post it will take more than one week and as you requested to send through bus it took little more time than we thought, we are sorry for that and we are working on delivering as fast as we can la. thank you for your feedback and rating
