Product Description
This was the other product introduced in 2000, this type of ezay originated from Kurtoe, where traditional zoedoe is consumed and favored by the older generation. It has as its base fermented cheese, sourced from Merak and Sakteng in Eastern Bhutan. The other ingredients are onion, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, spring onion, coriander, Sichuan Pepper, salt and oil.
